Orange County Boot Camp Reveals Top Weight Loss Mistakes

As a personal trainer with the leading Orange County Boot Camp, I have witnessed people making the same mistakes over and over, when it comes to weight loss and getting into killer shape.  Most people do all the wrong things when trying to lose weigth and look great.

Running my Orange County Boot Camp for the past 17 years, I and my team of expert Boot Camp Trainers, have perfected the most advanced fat-burning and muscle toning Boot Camp ever known to man. 

First, I want to shed some light upon the most common mistakes that most people make when trying to get into great shape.

Mistake #1 - Fad Diets

That's right, most diets don't work.  First off, a diet implies a temporary way of eating.  That will never work.  You must adopt a new lifestyle in incremental steps.  How many times have you known someone or even yourself, try a diet, lose a few pounds, only to gain it back again?  This happens all the time.  Second, many of these low-carb diets are incredibly unhealthy and have you not only losing fat, but also losing calorie-burning muscle, making you a smaller fat person. 

Our Orange County Boot Camp Program is based around eating foods you like and making incremental changes.  Its about eating healthy, raw foods in an intelligent and balanced manner.  This works best.

Mistake #2 -  Endless Cardio

Contrary to populuar belief, doing hours upon hours of slow-paced cardio is not the most effective way to burn fat.  Just step into your local gym and take a look at all the people doing cardio.  These are the same people who have been doing this slow-paced cardio for the last year and they are still no leaner than they were then.

The most effective way to burn alot of fat is with weight resistance and explosive, fast-paced interval training, such as wind sprints.  These are the exact type of workouts that we do at our Orange County and Irvine Boot Camps.

Mistake #3 - Bogus Diet Pills

First, let me say this, as an Orange Count Boot Camp owner, I do not advise the use of dangerous diet pills.  Did you know that most of these pills do not even contain the ingredients they say they do?

Second, there is no formal regulation of these bogus supplements.  Plus, these supplements make you irritable, cranky, and can give you serious stomach aches. 

You are much better off following a great exercise regimen, combined with a healthy and balanced nutritional plan.
