The 3 Best Exercises To Build Great Legs
 
Now, You Can Have Sexy Legs

All women want to have shapely, sexy legs. Men love beautiful legs on women. And women know it. Being a personal trainer for the last 17 years and running my San Diego Boot Camp, I have experimented and realized the best three exercises to build beautiful, tone, sexy legs.

The first and probably best leg exercise ever is of course the squat. There are many variations of squats, from barbell squats to machine squats. The squat works the entire leg muscles, such as the quadriceps, the hamstrings, and the glutes.  I learned this from my friend, Joe DeAngelis, Personal Trainer Redondo Beach.

The squat also works your body as a whole. It is a very demandiing, yet effective exercise that will really work and shape your legs. This is a great overall developer for legs and glutes. I recommend do more free barbell squats, since that will force you to balance the weight and challenge you more. 

The second exercise is the lying hamstring curls. This obviously works your hamstrings directly. You need to have symmetical legs, and you can't neglect your hamstrings. Every women who has great legs, has great hamstrings that are proportionate to their quads.

The third and last great leg developing exercise is the walking dumbbell lunge. This is a great overall shaper for the legs. Not only does it work your quads, but it also works your hamstrings and glutes. This is a very challeniging and intense exercise.

Use these three outstanding leg exercises in your leg workouts and you will see your legs becoming more shapely and sexier.
