More people in America want to lose fat than any other fitness
goal. Why? Because America is fat and most people suffer from
that problem. Take a wide look around, and you will see

1. Eat 5 to 6 Meals Per Day - Eating 5 to6 times per day helps
speed up metabolism, causing you to become a fat burning
machine. And that is what you want. People who eat only once or
twice a day, are really killing their chances of burning
fat.
2. Avoid Processed Foods - Processed foods just add fat. All
the chemicals in these foods damage your metabolism, clog your
colon, causing your metabolism to slow down and you to also
gain weight very easily. Stick with raw and natural foods and
you will see your body change quick.
3. Lift Weigths - By lifting weights you will increase your
muscle mass, which will also speed up your metabolism. Also,
lifting weights stimulates your own release of growth hormone,
a hormone which helps burn fat.
4. Drink Water - Drinking plenty of water will help you flush
out fatty acids and toxins. You need to drink plenty of water
to do this effectively. Drink enough water where you are
urinating every 60 to 90 minutes.
5. Increae Your Protein Intake - Protein helps build muscle
mass and also stimulates your fat burning hormone. That is what
we want. Eat quality protein such as lean red meat, chicken
breasts, turkey, fish, egg whites, whey protein, etc. Make sure
you eat chemical free protein, such as wild salmon, free-range
chicken, etc.
